FAQs

Stadium View is an all-inclusive student community with a variety of amenities — a resident clubhouse, individual and group study rooms, a computer lab with free printing, a 24-hour fitness center, a resort-style pool, game areas, a beach volleyball court, and more — so students can work or have fun right at home.

Comfort is no concern in our furnished, move-in ready apartments. Each bedroom has a private bathroom; a walk-in closet; a mattress; bed with storage; nightstand; and desk with a chair. Furnishings also include a sofa; a coffee table; an entertainment console; bar stools; a washer and dryer; stainless steel appliances; plus cable, Internet, and most utilities.

Our community is overseen by a professional management team who serves as a resource to give students (and parents) peace of mind. From notifying your student that he or she has received a package to promptly addressing all maintenance requests, our team is available to offer assistance where needed. But we also make sure your student has opportunities for fun by scheduling regular community events.

Our security system includes video cameras that monitor common areas throughout the community and are monitored by our management team. A controlled-access entry gate also restricts access to residents and their guests, while each housing unit requires a key fob for entry.

No Guarantor? No Problem, Stadium View offers Leap as an option! Leap is a quick and easy process that fills in for a guarantor or parent co-signer. Leap's application is free online and takes around 5 minutes to complete. You will get a conditional decision within 30 minutes during normal business hours. Click here to apply or contact the office for more information.

The character of roommates a student lives with can make or break a college experience. So we offer a roommate-matching service to help tenants find people who have similar interests and lifestyle preferences. If your student applies for housing with no pre-arranged roommates, we can identify other applicants who would make suitable roommates.

Taking into account students' needs, we offer individual contracts to rent “by the bed.” This means your student is responsible for only his or her installment payments — if a roommate pays late or moves out early, it has no bearing on your student. Our contracts also simplify cosigning, so parents can more easily assist with payments.

Our name, Stadium View, is derived in part from the fact that we’re located just across the street from the A-State campus. Our residents can walk or bike to campus via University Loop, or they grab a quick bite to eat at JTown’s Grill, Chin Chin Express, Subway, and more restaurants along East Johnson Avenue. Transportation options are also available nearby — it’s only a 3-minute walk to the nearest public transit, Johnson Ave @ Subway — and we provide on site resident parking.

We provide a range of study resources to promote your students academic success. Each of our apartments has high-speed Wi-Fi, while every bedroom features a desk and chair. We also have both group and individual study rooms, as well as a coffee bar and computer lab with free printing.

Yes. The property’s policy is included here for family occupants with a child(ren) under the age of eighteen (18) who is domiciled with (i) at least one parent, legal guardian, or another person having legal custody of the child under the age of eighteen, or (ii) the designee of such parent or other person having such custody, with the written permission of such parent or other person. For family households with children, all household members age eighteen (18) or older must: (A) complete an application, and (B) sign the lease as a Resident. For family households with children under the age of eighteen (18), at least two (2) people will be permitted to occupy a single bedroom. If a family household with children under the age of eighteen (18) requires additional occupancy per bedroom, additional occupants may be allowed on a case-by-case basis based on factors including, but not limited to, the size of the bedroom(s) and unit, age of the children, the configuration of the unit, any physical limitations of the property, and local occupancy codes. If the child occupant reaches eighteen (18) years of age during the term of the lease, the lease will be allowed to complete its term, but renewal will only be offered in compliance with the occupancy policy as stated. Child occupants who are under twenty-four (24) months at the time the lease is signed will not be counted under the occupancy policy for purposes of maximum occupancy but will be counted for subsequent leases if they reach the age of twenty-four (24) months during the term of the lease. The Landlord has the right to lease any empty bedroom(s). Families should contact the office directly regarding the application for family households, as this process varies from individual leasing and the required forms are not all available electronically.
